For many years Turncircuit has been investing in the latest manufacturing equipment. In 2011 it also began facilitating careers in the engineering industry providing apprenticeship opportunities for the first time.
The Kent County Council backed apprenticeship scheme gives young people real life, on the job, working experience. Sam Kennett was given a two year engineering apprenticeship with Turncircuit Limited at the age of 18 in conjunction with K College, Ashford.
